Loved the furniture I ordered. Cindy was the sales person that helped us choose our furniture. She was awesome and very helpful. Only complain is that the delivery people damaged my couch. But we'll be receiving our replacement couch sooner than later.

Hi my name its Terry Foster my wife and i had a very pleasant experience at living spaces we was greeted with a very knowledgeable professional saleswomen her name was Juile Selby she exceeded our expectations for customer service the store was located in the Redondo beach the store was beautifully arranged the manager was very polite and friendly we had a fantastic shopping experience and we purchased over $3000 worth of furniture for our new home i would highly recommend this store to my friends and family 👍Thank you Mr Terry Foster
WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM LIVING SPACES AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE! YOUR AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS AND AT THE MOST SUBPAR AND THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I DO TECH SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EPSON AMERICA AND KNOW HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED AND YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICIES ARE LACKING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES. WE SPENT OVER $5000 WITH YOU AND EXPECTED MORE AS A CUSTOMER TO HANDLE OUR ISSUES. WE PURCHASED OUR FURNITURE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND THE DELIVERY WAS SUNDAY NIGHT AT 10:45 PM, WHICH WAS OK WITH US, HOWEVER THE BED FRAME WAS CROOKED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE ADJUSTABLE BED DID NOT WORK EITHER. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE TRIED TO WORK ON THE BED TO GET IT WORKING BUT COULD NOT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SCHEDULE A CALL BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EXCHANGE AND TOOK PICTURES. WELL WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL SO I DECIDED TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THIS DONE. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO SEND A PICTURE OF THE HEADBOARD AND SEND IT IN. REALLY!! FINE OK WHATEVER, I CAN DO THIS. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT YOU DON'T DEAL WITH THE MATTRESS PART SO I WILL NEED TO CALL SERTA FOR HELP. WTF!!!! I JUST BOUGHT THIS FROM YOU LESS THAN 24HRS AGO!!!! SO I CALL THEM AND THEY SAID THEY ONLY MAKE THE MATTRESS AND I WILL NEED TO CALL THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE ADJUSTABLE BED FOR HELP. SO I DID AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD SEND OUT THE CONTROL UNIT FOR ME TO CHANGE MYSELF. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT AND FOR YOU TO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THIS PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM YOU LESS THAN 24 HRS AGO!!! NOT ONE FINGER WAS LIFTED TO TRY AND HELP!!! I CALLED BACK AFTER SPEAKING WITH THIS PERSON AND EXPLAINED TO THE GIRL I WAS SPEAKING WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD FIX THE BED MYSELF AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD ESCALATE THIS TO A MANAGER AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. WELL GUESS HOW THAT WENT! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MANAGER TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE. I REGRET EVER THINKING ABOUT BUYING THERE AND WISH I NEVER DID. GOOD THINGS ARE OFTEN FORGOTTEN BUT BAD THINGS ARE NEVER EVER FORGOTTEN AND ARE OFTEN TALKED ABOUT, AND I SURE WE WILL BE TALKING ABOUT THIS FOR A LONG LONG TIME
